You don't find anything because there was no such thing as a "White Demonstrator" M, especially in 1945.
The first and only White Demonstrator program was run in the first quarter of 1950, so your tractor is five years too old for that, not to mention only Cubs, Super A's and C's were painted white. No H's or M's were painted white.
It's a long shot, but it is also possible that the tractor was ordered custom painted white, as rumor has it that IH would paint the tractor any color the customer wanted, if they ordered enough tractors. However, you'd think someone would have uncovered the origins of this "Great White Fleet" of Farmalls.
