Most probable is the Resistor that is mounted with the heater core/AC evaporator under the seat. Not difficult to fix once the seat is out of the way. I disconnect the seat wiring and hardware, open the back window, then tip the seat on to the window frame and tie it off with a rope. Remove the plate from under the seat, the resistor is to the left side.
