The problem no one else has addressed is that we now live in a Country that has done nothing but apologize for being a Super Power, for the last eight or so years. As a result, all respect for our power, as well as our ability, and resolve to wield it when necessary, has been lost.
That being the case, it leaves us wide open to crap like this happening as other Countries, like spoiled kids, do their best to test us and see just how much we'll take before 'whooping their tails'......
Hopefully we can get by with a 'time out', if not I don't see a problem breaking out the paddle and using it. Just as making an example of one individual can prevent future problems with many others, at an organizational level, the same holds true at an international level......The only problems is the consequences can be far worse, and there is always the danger of it all backfiring in your face.
