Thank you for all the replys. I accidentally hit new topic instead of reply and made a new topic called Oil Cooler. My tank gets hot to the touch in hot weather yet not so hot your burn yourself. I was not sure if it should be getting that hot. The tank is home made and fellow that built it used a 4-5 gallon cylinderical tank that lays horizontal. I researched a big tank would help disipate heat. I decided based on replies here I won't add an oil cooler. Often while I stack wood I will idle down engine. My thought on that is oil will circulate and cool a bit. We normally put a big umbrella over tank and operator and try to get wood split before noon.
