I"ve had a c-pap for a number of years. First machine had a nose mask, and I woke up congested each morning. Full face mask was better, but still had some leaking issues. I now have a F&P brand "Simplus" mask...it fits well and has minimal leakage. Current machine is a Respironics. Has a slight operating sound, but the oxygen concentrator I"ve had to add is noisier, although neither keep me/my wife from getting good sleep.
