FWIW I had a 5 way cabage in 2009. Actually had a sleep study done about a month before I had my MI and before I had it done I knew I had real bad apnea. After I had my MI my doctor highly reccomended I get to using a CPAP. I tried it for a while with a full face mask. Fought it constantly. Sleep was a struggle to say the least. Said to heck with it. About a year later I was always tired. And about that time the DOT made it a law that if you have a CDL and have had any heart issues you needed to redo the CDL yearly. Well were I had an order from a doctor saying I had to have the CPAP or he won't sign off on the CDL liscencing. I bit the bullet and tried the CPAP again using a mask that just covered my nose, not a full face. The first couple of nites it was a struggle because I slept with my mouth open. About then I started using a night guard to reduce grinding my teeth as I slept. I purchased a head gear that held my jaw shut. after about a week of using the head gear to hold my mouth shut I slept the best I had for many years. I used the head gear for maybe 2 weeks and now I keep my mouth shut and in part is because of the night guard. But I sleep all nite with out any problems. I think knowing I have the nite guard in really helps with keeping my mouth shut. Anyway, I have since tried to sleep with out the CPAP a couple of times and I don't sleep at all because all I do is hold my breathe until I about wake up gasping for air. I use a Intelapap CPAP and really do well with it. At first I thought I needed the moisture and the heat but I just turn it on and go to sleep. Evantually you will find you will do and feel much better when you use the CPAP. Good Luck

Today's Featured Article - Hydraulics - Cylinder Anatomy - by Curtis von Fange. Let’s make one more addition to our series on hydraulics. I’ve noticed a few questions in the comment section that could pertain to hydraulic cylinders so I thought we could take a short look at this real workhorse of the circuit. Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
