I also had to use a Bipap. Originally I was givin a full face mask. I had to use it for 30 days for the insurance co to pay for it. It has a sleepmapper so they could check to make sure I was using it. After 30 days I didn't use it for at least a year. My wife was beating me up so bad about it. I found on line a device by Phillips called Dreamware. Its and air delivery system that forces the air through your nose. It is not a mask but rests under the nose. The air tube attatches to the device at the top of your head and air feeds down both sides of your face to the nose piece. The tube rotates as you roll over in your sleep. You never get tangled. I am a mouth breather also however with very little practice you realize that all you do is place your tongue lightly against your top front teeth and wallah SLEEP. I can't sleep with out it. No dry mouth, no fart noises from the mask. Its really comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a CPAP.
