You can go on the internet and ask about the sales tax as I did. If you own a business such as internet sales, then you must charge sales tax in Kentucky. So if he is in the business of selling parts and you do not have a farm tax exempt paper filed with him he must charge you the tax. It would appear to me that he was legit but he should have stated it in the add. That is what the leave feed back is for.
