I finally took the plunge and created a YT profile today. I must confess I'm not a social media junky at all. I dont do Facebook, Twitter or anything of the sort but when I accidentally stumbled upon this discussion forum while ordering parts from YT I was instantly hooked. It's been a blessing knowing that there's a group of people who share the same passions of preserving rural/agricultural heritages that I'm so fond of. I've been a YT stalker for a couple of years now and have benefited from the knowledge of so many of you. I've shared posts and pictures with my wife and after several months of her encouraging me to be more than an observer, I decided it was time to take the plunge and create a profile. I hope that in some small way that I can repay the debt of gratitude that I have to someone somewhere by sharing an encouraging word or useful information that helps them out. Background on me: Happily married to the love of my life. We have 2 kids. Ages 21 and 17. We have. Small beef cattle operation in mid TN and use the following tractors on our farm. JD 1530, JD 2640, JD 5100M, 1950 Case SC and a 1955 Ferguson TO35 (restoration project). Both me and my wife's families have deep agricultural roots and are passionate about preservation of that heritage. I look forward to interacting with you guys and hope that I may be of some help.
