How about having high sides on the trailer to keep
bodies and limbs inside, and not getting caught in
tractor or hitch parts, or the wheels of the trailer? IF you go down steep hills, you'd want to make sure
the tractor brakes were functional, although staying in
a low gear is the best way to keep things in good shape. Nothing wrong with a release form, as mentioned, either.
