The TO 20 originally used GL1 mineral oil. You can still get it, or sub 15w40 engine oil.
You do not want 80-90 wt gear oil, way too heavy for the hydraulic system.
Hint, the transmission, intermediate, and rear housing share common oil. It is put in the top of the transmission. Pour it in slowly, as it takes a while to get back to the rear cases. Pour it in too fast, it will dump oil in the clutch!
