Yuor 400 should have outlets on eiteher side of the dash already, the left ones are just above the battery box and the right side ones are directly under the three hyd control levers. [ hence the three levers] You can get the adapters from a hyd shop, have to order them probably or convert the steel pipe lines from the valve, to hose and run them to where ever you want on the fenders ,etc. Better chance the hyd shop will have metric adapters from valve to normal hose fittings. They orginally came as part of the factory spares parts crate... dealer kept them or lost over time. Depending on what you are using the hydualics for, remember that your main pump is a 9 gpm unit, and 3 gpm is of that flow is directed to the power steering unit, leaving you with 6gpm for other uses... Also don't park the tractor with a strain on the front wheels/steering system, the hyd safety valve tends to lift and the other hyd system[s] in use suffer, even a hard turn against the travel stops while moving can cause the safety to lift at times. Hope it helps
