What kind of animal feces is this? It was on our lawn, about 30 feet from the house. It's obviously not deer poop, they make small pellets. It would have to be an awfully big dog, even. A mountain lion wouldn't be out of the question, but like any cat they cover their stuff, or try to, and there's no sign of that.
