I've got one just like it except mine is a diesel. Those gas engine M65 motor graders had to be rare. Mine is actually an Allis Chalmers M65 and not the Fiat Allis. Fiat bought them out in 1972 I think and everything built after that date was a Fiat Allis even though it was exactly the same model.
Tell your friend to be real easy when he shifts gears as they don't make the gears any more and he'll never find even a used reverse gear.
