It's in the form of a three sided box, open to the rear. You back up with the scoop lowered, lip slightly lower than horizontal so it'll cut, and when the scoop is full, pick it up and go and dump it somewhere. Norm, there are several stores. If you call 1-888-828-3276, you can get a mail order catalog. The address on mine is Des Moines, IA, which I suspect is their central office.
