: This site has a picture of one in the Photo gallery under the Farmall IH group "International 300 Utility". Driveline wise, it's the same as the Farmall 300 which was a replacement for the Super H. Common options are Live PTO, Live hydraulics, Fast Hitch, Torque Amplifier.

: : An ad in the local paper has a tractor listed as a IH 300Utility Tractor. I have never heard of this particular model. Any information would be Helpful. IE Horsepower, Hydraulics, etc

I BOUGHT ONE THIS SUMMER AND PLOWED WITH IT AND BRUSH HOGGED WITH IT I LIKE IT A LOT.IN SOME WAYS I LIKE THE FAST HITCH AND SOME WAYS I DON'T IN THERY YOU WOULD THINK IT VERY PRACTICAL BUT SOME TIMES I HAD TROUBLE WITH IT.I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH MY HYDRAULICS BUT I THINK THERE RESOLVED .IT WENT THROUGH SOME VERY LARGE TAG ALTERS AND JUST EAT THEM UP.IT IS MY FIRST TRACTOR AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT.I HAD TO CHAIN THE BRUSH HOG IN ONE POSITION BUT IT WORKED PRETTY WELL THIS WAY.THIS WAS PROBABLY BECAUSE OF A HYDRAULIC LEAK THAT I THINK I GOT FIXED. I'M NOT A MECHANIC BUT SEEMED TO BE ABLE TO WORK ON WITH A LITTLE ADVICE HERE AND THERE.I GOT HELP FROM THIS CHAT LINE ON SHIFTER AND HELP FROM A COUPLE OF FRIEND WHEN I GOT TIMING MESSED UP TRYING TO FIX HYDRAULIC LEAK.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
