Is this really a JD wagon?

A friend has an old wagon he is willing to give me ( wants to get it off his place). It has a tie rod type front end like a John Deere. His dad told him it was ordered from Chicago ( maybe Sears ?). Is it a JD sold by someone else or a totally diifferant wagon , if so, what and what color should it be? Thanks !
