I was on my Albertson generator inspection trip. On I-10 Texas into Louisiana. Passed the check station as I had always done.Two miles down the road got pulled over by the state police for not stopping. I tried to tell him that I had been doing it this way twice a year for ten years. An ISUZU pick up wasn't required to stop. He said commercial signs on truck means you stop.Of course he wouldn't let me use the emergency turn around. So I had to go down the road to the public one.
So back to the check station walk in told the desk guy what happened.He looked at me and said I wish they would transfer that guy up north. He stamped me some paper work. Telling me not required to stop.Truck doesn't meet load requirements. To stop for inspection.
