I would like to be of a little more help than the other guys. You really gave some very good information, because you say restored which until proven otherwise does mean RESTORED! we don't have to all of us be ultimate authorities. Tires are also a major factor and you said new. A quick look at Tractor House will put the value at $5,000 $8,000. A major wild card is the wheatland factor. I believe that there is some rarity to that, which could make a big difference to the right prospective buyer.
