A texter with liberty Mutual insurance hit my Daughter head on a couple of years back, he hit her after she had got as far over in the right hand ditch as she could to dodge him, the law gave him a fist full of tickets. From day one Liberty Mutual did all they could do to cheat my Daughter, did not want to pay for the tow, refused to pay the storage at the yard, never showed to give an estimate, nothing, we called every number for the company on the internet and were lied to by everyone we spoke to who worked for liberty mutual, we called the corporate office and were lied to worse than anywhere else. State Farm took over the claim, totaled her car, paid her off, paid for the rental and all storage etc. and then they went after liberty mutual, I hope it cost liberty mutual quadruple.
