Yesterday my Son & both daughters helped dig the last of the potatoes and carrots and horse radish.Got almost a trailer load. There they sit ,in the garage waiting for me to brush& sort.Son & I peeled and ground the horseradish today.Got over a 1/2 gallon made up.When my daughter (the one with bad knees was here to pick up her jars, she got a phone call from my niece telling her the drs, found lumps in her breast,so she is going for a mammogram with in a few days.Boy problems sure is dis heartening as though our family hasn't had enough bad news.Hope the lumps are not cancerous!!!Tomorrow, baring rain or snow, it's back to the wood situation.Son will use the bobcat to pull the trees out and loaded to bring down from the woods, then to be split and stacked, along with the trees we have on the wagon. Should make up our winters wood.Sure hope so. Warmest Regards Lou & Victor.
