Been a rough patch last couple years. Lost a 17.50 hr job working 4 days to working midnights for 10.Did nothing wrong just new management had different values (as in taking care of their own). Top 7 on seniority list was dismissed within year. At same time Warden diagnosed with pancreas cancer had it removed. Super expensive med as well as now a type 1 diabetic. then this year she had to have a chunk of colin removed with cancer treatments to go with. Radiation did much side effects. Severe pain and uncontrolled toileting has her asking to get a colostomy bag back. (she had one temp while the resection healed). Lots of overtime to keep bills paid and little sleep as I cant count on her to do the light chores that will cause least amount wear on her. Been 2.5 yrs of napping in a chair nearly fully clothed and always being aware what she is doing and being ready to step up. Just being a grown up I guess.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion.
