5 years ago I switched to Carhartt X06 arctic coveralls.
-40 with the wind blowing and I am perfectly comfortable wearing nothing more than jeans and a t-shirt under them.
Windproof and very water repellant, just try not to pass gas when you are wearing them as the only way for it to get out is up around your collar. :roll:
