The 2nd paragraph is where you lost me. You could just mix up what you need in a large enough container, use the TSC fill valve and an inexpensive drill pump, 2 short hoses and load it all at once, with the recommended amount of fluid for that particular tire. I may be wrong, but you don't need to fill the entire tube/tire, at least ones I have done did not fill up per the chart on tire size and amount of fluid called for. That TSC fill valve works great actually, but if using CACL, without a pump designed for it, CACL will for whatever reason ruin the pump. I have seen one drill pump and another small electric pump fail after pumping CACL. Should be no issue with antifreeze treated water though. Drill pump made short work of loading a tire last time I had to do it.
