#1 you should always have something on the 3 point when using a loader since you need a counter balance #2 you should always carry the load as low as you can to keep the center of gravity down low. I know a guy who laid one over because he had a bucket full of rocks and had it up as high as it would go and hit a steep place and went over but stopped from doing a full roll because of the loader arms.
As for fluid I fill my own using a simple drill pump the adaptor you need which you can buy at an auto parts store and I use winter grade wiper fluid and it you catch it on sale you can get it form around $1.25 per gal. So what you would need would cost around $50 for the fluid and some of your time
