Hi, my first thought is an IH 444 as both the rad and fuel tank cap are visible above the hood. The IH 434 had the rad and fuel caps covered by a lid the full length of the hood. The B414 would have had the fuel tank cap and the air cleaner above the hood.
Is it Diesel or Gas? The B414, 434 and 444 were are made in Bradford, UK, very simple and reliable tractor. There were models that were shipped on crates to Louisville, KY and assembled there. The USA assembled units had Delco vs Lucas electrics for UK built.
