In Tx. they spin the yarn that the state has all these millions available and will match the school districts investment 1-1. Mommies get out with their emotions and all "it's for the kids" and no way can you compete with that. Obviously anything of the kind passes. Will give them this, the things they build aren't "too" elaborate for country schools in a small community.
