I think you have mentioned the Kubota crating,many times over the years, is this canopy frame from that material in whole or part ? This project will live up to or exceed the others. I like the custom work you did on the other tractors and the firewood equipment, even more that you were able to follow through on building practical equipment for a purpose.
I work at a place with a large steel fabrication shop, doing prison and similar kinds of work on the project management end of it. We have another side of the business for commercial buildings as well. Just the drops or cut offs going to scrap from this place would be very useful, like the Kubota crates you have used to make things. Think you mentioned those are now being recycled. It's a lot fun to "ponder" building things as you do with the "barley pop" in your work shop. I ask permission on occasion to take a drop or cut off, if I need more I can buy as well. Steel used to be a pain to get sometimes, not so much lately, kind of feeds my imagination on useful things to build.
