Still something not right in the idle circuit.
Is it idled down to a slow idle? Needs to be down around 500 RPM to be on the idle circuit.
If you take the idle mix screw out, does anything change? Can you feel slight vacuum on the mix screw hole? Try spraying flammable type carb cleaner (not chlorinated cleaner) in the screw hole, see if it will idle better.
There is also an idle air bleed jet, and a passage back to the top of the bowl. Be sure it is clear and the gasket is configured correctly. Sometimes gaskets are made to fit several models, close but off just enough.
