Farmall rims, how to measure

Below should be a picture of the rims off my F12 parts machine. How do I measure the tire size needed for these? I have heard that tires for these tractors are incredibly expensive. If so, what is necessary to use other Farmall wheels/tires instead? My F12 is on steel, the parts machine was set up for rubber. Steel is quaint, but tears up the place like I was driving a rototiller. Could use some advice.
