If you have a smart phone before walking into a house turn it on to record. I had a tenant that was not paying the rent. I went to the house to collect and could not get her to answer the door. I hollered and hollered and no answer. Door was not locked so I pushed it open thru a broken screen door. Never steeped over the threshold. She comes around the corner screaming ans she was going to call the law because I walked in on her naked. I told her to go ahead and call I would be waiting for them. She did and when they arrived I told them I had a complete recording of what went on. Before I got out of my car I had turned my iPhone on to video record and had the audio of all that happened.
