My hands got to where I couldn't close them, hurt a lot, and were num like you are talking about, and all that. Swanson is my OTC vitamin supplier and I started using their Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM pills probably 10 years ago and my hands have been good as new for as long as I can remember. Read up on those contents. Made for just that. I'm down to a maintenance dose now just to keep what relief I obtained.
