I did not start the fight he did I had unuff getting yelled at so I just quit I could tell by the look in his eye he was surprised I do all the work because he fired the other guy and I just can't keep up with all the maintance and work 700 head cattle we feed it snows every other day so there sick need bedded and we also run a thousand acers of groud we have a Hispanic guy who only comes in the summer to irrigate but can not run any equipment when you pull 16 shift 6 days a week so tired every day when you come home begging for sunday to come where all I have to work is 2 hours of feeding no apreation that your there and being yelled at every other because every thing is not done while he just sits on face book I guess a couple of days of doing my job he really under stood that we really do need a nother guy and I was right he is looking for another
