Exact same thing happened to my younger son at TSC. The district manager never got along with him at all. The automatic front doors of the store were painfully slow at the time. You had to walk up to them and stop while they opened. My son asked an old guy if he needed help getting a cart full of dog food and what not to his car and was pushing it out for him. He was talking to the old guy and bumped the door and the glass shattered. He went right to the store manager and told him what happened. He offered to pay for the door. The manager told him to forget about it,it was an accident,they had insurance. A week later the district manager came in and fired him for it.
