My 6.0 in my 2001 gmc 3/4 ton 4x4 will lose oil pressure as soon as I get over 3000 miles on a oil change . I change the oil and filter and it's right back to normal ,which is 45 to 50 . I have used Valvoline synthetic since I got the truck with 43000 miles on it and have 165000 on it now. Fram filters are the worst for my truck. Delco filters were great until they changed #s and Most of the time I use a Bosch filter now and am going to try their best filter next to see how that goes. But aside from not getting more than 3000 miles on synthetic oil , it is getting changed every 3000 miles, and is always clean.
