around here too much demand. i heard some amish business men bought it. not sure of the plans. it is probably average farm ground but prime on a state route and frontage on at least 2 sides. farmstead (buildings) are set up and nice enough for a BTO to come in and turn key almost.
if not the amish then the RV companies are buying up ground to expand on. good time to sell and move somewhere with a lower real estate cost but that's easier said than done of course.
