Could be. The selling price would be just over 1.9 million dollars. Even at 10,000 per acre for open ground that leaves 1.1 million to value buildings and structures at. Might have been a large grain and/ or livestock operation with most of the ground rented. Certainly not unheard of especially at the western end of our state. I've seen ads for places around Buffalo and Jamestown where a farm that could handle 300 plus cows based on less than 300 acres with the option of picking up the leased or rented ground the previous operator ran.
