Aftermarket ignition lock cylinders for a 1988 Chevy pickup...
Installed the one on the right in the first photo, stupidly completely assembled the steering column and steering wheel, then found out the key couldn't be turned far enough in the CW direction to get to "Start".
Note the difference on the positions of the slots end the end of the cylinders... both are turned against the stop in the "CW" direction as viewed from the key end.
In the second photo, taken from the other side, note the angular position of the keys... the one on the right is correct.
Both boxes list the same generic part number, US107L, yet are so different.
I put it all back together with the Standard Ignition version, and it worked perfectly.
