I do not get the hype about the side console we had a 4020 and a 4320 4020 is a dash control and the 4320 was of course a side console can’t say one was a bit better than the other one I sure would never ever pay more for a side console As far as comfort I don’t think there is a tractor more comfortable the power steering is still finger touch easy even after 50 years my 4020 I grew up on and my 3020 are both 66 models the seats are as comfortable as any seat we have on the farm the powershift in the 3020 is sure nice to do field work with I like the synchro range on the loader both tractor have enough lugging ability you really don’t need to downshift anyway but the powershift makes it nice to shift down to make a turn at the end of the field and for anybody not smart enough troops shift a synchro I enclosed a diagram everything is in a straight line
