Just googled "Proctofoam HC" and it is still out there with the foam and inserter you are wanting. The "the Save-The-Earth idjits fought so hard against the ozone sumpin-or-udder stuff it had in it." apparently need to work harder since it is still in the USA market.

Sounds like your mother commited fraud along with her doctor, prescribing medicine through a third party is illegal.
