I had an implement or two that would do the same type of thing. The trouble is the hitch pins on the implement are too wide for the tractor. If you can narrow them in on the implement that would be best. I know that may not be possible but it would be best.
What you can do is run chains in an "X" across the two lift arms. I have hooked them to the lift arms right where the lift links hook to the arms. Then take the other end across to where the lift arms hook to the pins on the implement. Short chains and some bolts to run through the chains works. If you want some movement just leave some slack in the chains.
You can see what you need to have in the picture. You just need them to diagonally cross on the lift arms. They can hook towards the front or back. Caution chains on the inside of the lift arms only works when you NOT using the PTO. The chains would hit any PTO shaft.
