If want to know if two hydraulic oils are compatible, look for a military specification (milspec) number. It may be on the label. MilSpecs are amazingly precise. The spec for a fruit cake covers two single spaced pages. Any two brands of oil that conform to the same milspec are guaranteed to be compatible & interchangeable.
