Could be the blend door could be the cable that runs the heat down on the hvac box . Not all years have the motor some do some don’t my late 93 manufacture date didn’t have the motor my 98 also doesn’t have the motor I put up with no heat for 3 years finally took it to town becuse the heater core was leaking it was an 800$ repair job but I now have heat again sad thing Is you have to pull the dash out to get to the heater core and even the lower end of the cable on these . I would check out
