Slopping hamburgers is a low paying job period. If you don't like it, go and get an education, a trade, something that you can market and then go for the big bucks. I have a problem trying to hire high school kids to do odd jobs around the place, and teach them something in the process, because of the minimum wage law. As a result they sit at home and play with their phone, and get fat from no exercise, and my jobs don't get accomplished. Aren't any square balers here any more for that reason. Just rollers. Everybody looses.
