Some years ago, I bought 3 "Dack and Blecker" battery maintainers from WaldoWorld.
Upon looking at the boxes later, they were made in "The Land of Almost Right" for Walmart, and the B&D name was "used under license".
They worked very well, but all three were DOA within 2 or three years.
The units in the link you posted are completely different than the ones I had, so, who knows, yours MAY be a genuine B&D product but I wouldn't hold my breath vs. Waldo simply buying the rights to use the name, as they did with the ones they stiffed me with.
