Just as a 6 cylinder, manual transmission/roll up windows/vinyl seat rubber floor mat regular cab ECT pickup would be available if the demand was there. Not enough demand? Then they ain't gonna build it. Face it guys, even semis are going over to auto trannies. And the trucking companies do a cost analysis before any major changeover like that. So somewhere there is an cost advantage.
