Have bought a lot from Rural King, mostly through their stores, some online.
Never had a problem until now.
You know, I just deleted this big long diatribe I was gonna post here, I've always had good luck with RK before .
I'm sure we will get the issue resolved eventually , but right now it's highly annoying that I haven't gotten any response to my emails for a couple weeks.
Guess I'll have to call, which never puts me in a good mood (all our customer service representatives are busy, please hold).
This all started right before Christmas, I'm sure some temp holiday help boogered it up to start with, but gee whiz, should have been able to get it resolved by now.
Fred (who will still deal with RK at least at the stores cause their oil and batteries are priced cheaper than anybody else)

No. I am just happy to have their friendship. At least the word "farmer" is in my title. But what is the attraction? How can I explain the sensation and exhilaration I feel when I turn the key and hear the engine come to life (most
