1985 FARMHAND LOADER 190 leaks under pressure when trying to tilt or raise the bucket. There is a hydraulic block with a manufactured hole in the top. Hydraulic oil squirts out of the hole in the top and the bucket will not tilt or raise/lower. what is the prescribed way to fix this leak? Thank You.
