Quoting Removed, click Modern View to see lula I will second what vern said, the reason it's stuck to the flywheel is sitting so long without being used. a helpful hint lula, at least once a month or more go out and start your 170 or other equipment that's sitting and just warm it up, run it around the yard, chase the cat down the driveway or just go for a quick cruise. that will keep all your seals from drying out, keep all the moving parts moving. it's been my experience that leaving equipment sit for long periods of time will cause no end of grief. just something I've had to learn the hard way  and more than once
