We had a 4320 as well and yes they are quite a bit more poweful than a 4020 we never had wheel weights on either tractor the 43 had a double starter weight and the 43 would walk with a 5 bottom plow where the 40 had its hands full with 5x16 bottom plow I found a weight bracket off a 4850 and full stack of 20 weights, then I found 2 sets of the 145 pounds wheel weights for the 4020 and replaced the old bias ply 15.5.38 tires with 480.80.38 radialls now it will put some power to the ground
